    Hi All,

I did a search and didn’t find anything recent. I’m looking at the IGLA immobilizer. I like it because you can still use the FOB to auto start… put it in maintenance mode when it’s in the shop, and it has a FOB to disable it if need be. I asked the dealer and they said there’s no warranty issues, I’d love to hear feedback on anyone that’s tried it on their tundra. This on top of FOB disabled when not in use makes me feel like a decent deterrent.

Did you get no comments on this? I'm doing research and it seems like IGLA is an expensive but awesome solution for helping with security. I'd also be interested in thoughts from others but it doesn't look like there are a lot of people using it or seeing your post. Ravelco also looks good but then you have something you need to carry around with you. This is why I am also intrigued by IGLA.

I got it installed last week. It’s about $1000 CAD but worth it in my opinion. It cool because you can remote start and everything is normal, but when you put it in gear you either need to have the IGLA fob with you or press a combination of keys (lock door, heater control etc). Unless they’re going to put it on a flat bed I think you’re in pretty good shape. They’ll replace igla fobs and give you batteries and service. You can also sell it with the truck (you get a certificate with it ). I sleep better at night
