Hey All... New to the forum with a mystery I can't seem to solve. Trying to swap the headlights on my 2014 Platinum tundra with some new old stock OEM lights I found on ebay. After taking the original lights out I see a wiring harness that I'm not sure what it goes to. As you can see in the photos the new light does not have the same harness or hole open in the light housing. Any ideas?

I’m guessing the old light has the DRL strip at the bottom. Let’s see the front of the old light.

You are 100% correct. I suspected that might be the issue but I'm no mechanic. So should I be OK to use the new lights without including that connection. Pics of current and new lights attached?

Yep, that light strip isn’t really necessary. The main functions should still work. I would still check all functions so you’re 100% sure.

Awesome!!! Thank you so much!!! I've always wanted to join this forum. Glad I did. This issue has been driving me crazy for longer than I'd like to admit. You solved it in less than 24 hrs. Really appreciate your time and expertise.
