Went out to start '20 tundra 5.7l & engine would crank but would not start. After further investigation I found a rodents nest right by the firewall on the passenger side & the harness running through firewall to ecm was chewed up. Repaired wires but now engine wont crank at all. What could be wrong?

Additional note...there were a couple of the wires that were the same colors & no way to identify which one connected to same color wire within circuit.
    I.E. 2x black, 3x white w/blk stripe, 3x yellow, 2x tan, 3x light green

Obviously there's most likely a wire/s not connected to the correct color match wire. How do I go about testing the wires to determine which is the problem? Is there a diagram pdf that shows the wires & different colors that might help?
I'm a boat mechanic so I have a decent understanding of wiring & marine/automotive electrical systems. However, I am not a Toyota mechanic.
Any help or insight would be appreciated.
