Rear door locks not working

This weekend I had both my rear door locks stop working. The passenger rear only locks and unlocks manually. Driver rear does unlock via fob and power door locks, but in order to lock we have to manually lock it. Front doors work perfectly fine, unsure what the problem could be, just odd that both went out at the same time. Has anyone experienced this?

Only thing that I have recently done to the truck is an eibach lift, uca's and wheels/tires, could it be possible that the added stiffness from the suspension caused something to come loose/undone with the wiring? I do travel through some pretty bad roads on the way to work. I did have an issue early on where my drivers power seat went out due to a connector coming undone, so maybe?

Regardless I will be at the dealership tomorrow, hopefully its an easy fix.
