I have had some cool vehicles, but never splurged on fancy wheels… until now.
BUT as I explained to my wife…
    I NEEDED THEM…
    and the 35” tires.

I volunteer time as a K9 SAR handler, which takes me off road, through ravines, plowing thru muddy pastures, splashing into creeks, over embankments, across dams and all the nasty places in between.

I wanted (needed) LOW maintenance; no chrome to polish and no shiny gloss to polish…
I have a motorcycle for that nonsense.

The Tactical-Military look is, IMHO, just simply BAD A$$ looking. However, very limited to what will fit a 110mm hub and 5x150 lug pattern.

That left me with the Black Rhino Armory in their Tactical lineup.
Ditching my OEM 20” blahhhhh wheels for smaller 18” wheels with perfect fitting LT285/75R18 Nexen Roadian ATX tires on a positive 6mm offset set them big rubber sidewalls exactly inline with my 2.75” Tyger Fender Flares.

Today I washed them good, applied Chem Bros. Ceramic finish and Chem Bros. Tire treatment and them rims and rubber look pretty fine!

THANKS TO THE PLETHORA OF INFORMATION provided by guys/gals just like YOU!

Don't you need a bed mounted 50-cal to run those wheels?
j/k, they look good on your truck.

Heyyyyyyyy! I could remove my hard bed cover, the bed is already padded and carpeted to prevent fatigue from standing and operating a 50 cal.!
Not sure how effective it use will be in Search and Rescue, but I could knock down all those deer I see running around!

Curious as to what each rim weighs. Is it a big increase from a basic rim with cutouts and less hardware?

    They look great!

First I made an error, they are 18’s not 17’s, whooops.
The Armory wheel is 39.38 lbs. and the NEXEN ATX tire is 67lbs.
Not sure of the stock OEM 20” that came off.
It did take a me a trip to GOOGLE to figure out how to remove the Armory!!!
There are two allen head bolts that attach the plastic hub and lug cover… glad I didn’t continue prying and break it like I have heard others do!

Assuming Toyota used similar lightweight (read: crap) tires as the OEM offerings on your 2.5 Gen, the biggest weight difference is going to come from the tires, although BOTH your wheels and tires are on the heavier side.
For comparison purposes, the OEM 20's on my 3rd Gen weigh 37lbs for the rim and 38lbs for the tires for a total of 75lbs.
I would bet your stockers were similar.

I actually had the opposite problem on my aftermarket 18" wheels center caps:
They didn't have any kind of positive retention, just plastic clips that snapped into a shallow groove on the wheel hub. Way too easy to pop off by hand.
I had to drill and tap the wheels to accept a couple of 10-32 SHCS (allen heads) to keep them on.
