My lowers are seized, can i replace just the bolt or would i have to press out old bushings? Probably just buy new lowers if that’s the case.

Can you get the bolt out? Try soaking for several days with penetrating oil. I have broken some free. If not you will have to cut them out with a saws all and replace. Antiseize on the OEM bolts will eliminate this issue.

I cut mine out and trashed everything and replaced with new. This was on the FJ, but same issue on Tundras.

    Tastefully enhanced...
1 part acetone to 1 part brake fluid will be the absolute best penetration oil to use in this application...I use this in a little Harbor Frieght oiler can... you'll never go back to the spray cans!

Had UCA’s put on today. Five year old truck and they couldn’t align it properly due to a seized passenger side LCA cam bolt. Recommended replacement is new lower control arms because the cam bolts will have to be cut out. Not happy. If it’s this bad and seizes so easily, then Toyota should have never seized them when assembled.
