Yea, that's where I am stuck, the backside which is the 3 clips closest to the console is where I am having trouble with.
The top side, I can pop it but then it is stuck where the top is and then I am stuck, again....

Weird... If you can get a pry tool in there with a flat but somewhat wide blade, you should be able to twist the tool and pop one of the first clips. They are a bit tight the first time, but will pop with firm but steady pressure...

Another option is to have 2 pry tools, slide one in (leave it in place), then slide the second tool in near the 1st one, move it to where it runs into one of the clips then twist the tool to pop the clip.

Also, the tool goes in easiest a few inches away from a clip (less retention pressure), then once it's in between the plastic, I slide it toward a clip and begin to twist to pop the clip...

Or once you have the tool in, slide it closer to a tab, twist the tool enough to create a small space between the plastic pieces then place your finger tips partially into the opening caused by the tool and pry up with your hands/fingers to pop the clips

Travis, if you decide you want it, and want to cut it by all means it's yours. I *think* the only difference is the length under the seat, but I could be wrong.

I have that Yota one as I didn't want the newer AJT one. Be prepared to use an exacto knife to trim it a little around the edges. I'm not unhappy with it however.

yes that is one piece. I don’t have a heat gun and have had good results with the eraser in the past. Very little residual glue left.

I feel like I'm missing something here because I don't see any wire coming off the charger.

Take a picture of said unit and let us see? I mean, if there is no wire coming off the charger I am not sure if it is a workable unit, that's how you connect the power to wireless charge.....

Image posted by BR73 had no visible wires coming from the charger. I'm very familiar with the Magsafe system and have it in 3 of our cars in various forms but this has me scratching my head.

I know this is not the exact same one as @BR73 has, I have the same/similar one that he has but since has taken it off and give it to @memario1214
But the below picture shows a wire "underneath" the unit itself, which you have to route via the grooves to the back and connect to the 12V cigarette lighter wiring to gain power.

Ah now I get it. I didn't realize it was the whole little panel that he replaced. I'm new to these trucks (coming from a Tacoma).

Right, it is more a whole piece, screw on from the underside.
It is neat and the finish is clean for sure, but I felt it was PITA to do it, so many little screws to not lose, and the wiring routing ain't exactly ideal, and maybe I have Android, it overheats very easily....
So I took it off..... But it was a very useful mod for a very un-used area in the arm rest....

The wire is routed through the console lid and hinge down through the inside of the console. You're replacing the insert in the lid.You disassemble the lid top and also take the back cover off the console where the acc plug is located then plug the adapter harness into the back of the acc plug then plug the acc harness back up.When I get home I'll send pics.

It's OK. I think he got it, I found another unit that showed the wiring.

Had one of those as a work car and it was assaulted every time I took off. It had just enough pep that it would flag the camera nanny for abrupt acceleration. Definitely drove it with the mentality of “it’s more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow.”

Anyone know of a 3-D printed or other solution to replace the small cup holders in the center console? I already have the chalk-bag mod but would like to replace the console cup holders.

Helped the ‘18 grow up! Mish mash lift installed, with new wheels and shoes:

Eibach springs and sport struts, Coachbuilder .25” shims on each side, Freedom Offroad UCAs, diff and swaybar drops. Rear: ProForm 1.5 shackles, RC shocks, Coachbuilder carrier bearing drop, Torque air bags and cradles, Icon Rebound wheels, and Kumho Road Venture AT51 295/70r18 tires.

Then, alignment at the local Toyota dealer, and a wash!
