I'm getting there Wednesday the 23rd in the afternoon or evening. Last time I went in 2023 we got there Thursday and only got to wheel two trails, because Go Fast Friday took up most of the day. I was disappointed to drive 20hrs each way for only two trails. So it's really up to you as to what you're into. I'm hoping to spend all day Thursday and Saturday on the trails this year.

Thursday-Saturday would be fine. You're close enough to get most of Thursday. Friday will be taken up mostly by gff, but last year me, cruzer, and bobbed bed guy caught some trails afterwards. We could broadly catch the volcano trail after since we'll be in the cinders anyways.

How much is gas in AZ? It's ~$2.50/gal on Houston area now.

Not bad at all. I think it was like $4.50 in Flagstaff in 23

    Is Sedona the valley?

    No the valley is Tucson.
Usually gas is more expensive in flag, not always. But they also have a bunch of ethanol free go juice options

I made progress today... I moved the taco and the T3 out of the garage and put the 4x4 in.
Maybe tomorrow I'll put it on Jack stands and take the front tires off.
Thursday I plan to do the alignment.

My to-do list was made long ago. But I might start my check list for stuff to pack tonight.

Let me clarify. Starting at the southern most part of AZ and heading north you will pass through these zones.

    1. Border towns- Basically North Mexico, Nogales, Douglas, etc.
    2. The Valley- Still kinda North Mexico, but slightly less- Tucson
    3. The Basin- The Center of the Universe (greater Phoenix area)
    4. Verde Valley- Central/north central AZ- Cottonwood, Prescott
    5. Northern AZ- Flagstaff, etc.

Of course there are sub-areas, such as the White Mountains that are high elevation, but more central/east central- Show Low/Pinetop.
