Bed Cover Gap - near cab

Installed my new Tyger Soft Roll-Up Tonneau cover this week. Fits just like the one I had on my Taco. I now have this space I'd like to fill. I've browsed most of the results on the forum, but nothing really addresses this point of access.

I'm thinking a couple rubber shims to squeeze in there to reduce water entering. Thoughts and solutions anyone?

 

duck brand weather stripping can be had at walmart or autozone under $10 for like a 7 foot roll. I just sealed the roof on my pop up with it, seems like decent quality.

 

My roll up came with some foam gasket squares that went right in that spot. If you didnt get any, do what ^ says....get you some and shove them in there or put some black rtv all in that gap
