So I'm assembling my new front suspension. I got new KYB top hats, OME 2884 springs, and Bilstein 4600 shocks.

Just curious if this bulge on the bushing is normal after releasing the spring compressors or too much?

Also, with the new top hats, a bushing was preinstalled in it, BUT the 4600's came with 2 bushings each. I did not use one of them because of this preinstalled bushing. Is this correct?

Am I being overly paranoid or does is not look centered?

Yes, looks like you did it right. The end of the spring on bottom ideally should point toward rear. But I doubt its crucial if just a little askew. Bushing bulge is correct. I also did not use supplied bottom bushing, just stayed w KYB tophat bottom bushing.
