    yes, you can change the wheels and keep those tires. However, with a 3" lift, I would recommend 295/60/20.

    based on your preference, go with either an 18x9 or 20x9 wheel. choosing a higher offset will generally reduce the amount of trimming if you go with larger tires (295/60/20, for example). common offsets are +18, +25, and +32. Your current wheels have a +50mm offset. The lower the offset, the farther your tires will stick out from the fender. Select an offset for the look that you want.
