Tundra 5.7L Crewmax exhaust system

Are there any cat-back exhaust system that's close to OEM? I do not want it to be loud and have drone issues. The OEM flanges have rust to it and I feel it might go out in a year, so just getting some ideas on it now. Also, can an exhaust shop repair/ replace just the flanges with the new bolts and nuts?

Check Facebook marketplace. Lots of original OEM exhaust systems for sale in my area. I think what's happening is the owner replaces the single exhaust with a dual, stores the original on in a shed (pictures typically show them sitting in a shed), waits many years, then decides to sell them for not much money.

 

I have been checking, but the ones I found so far are several away miles from me and asking crazy prices for it.

 

I got my stock system (less the tailpipe) and I got a 20" DD system. Feel free to message me if you're interested in either.
