My newer TRD Sport took a nasty semi tread…painful, but could have been worse.

Ordered an OEM part, and realized they only sell black plastic, which would require painting. The original is white plastic… it appears Toyota does not sell the replacement part for this. Frustrating!

And complicated by the fact that the bumper color is slightly brighter than the body paint.

Don’t want to go to bumper shellz route.

    Might try this on eBay

Any other solutions? Maybe need to check junk yards.

Honestly.... having one painted by a shop or getting paint matched yourself is going to be the best route. Even if you find one in your paint code, it could be more/less sun faded then yours. A new one made to your paint code will likely look brighter from not having time in the sun over the past however many years.

You can try buying off ebay, but color varies depending on source and some folks have issues with the clear coat being even thinner than factory so it starts peeling in a year or so.

Maybe go full metal front bumper and then don't worry about the white paint matching

Remove the front liner and push the bumper cap back out. Then use and adhesive remover spray or wheel to remove the tire marks. Then use a one step polish.

You may be lucky and everything will come off except the small tear.

Many use painted oem parts but they are pricey for my liking. When I did my chrome delete, I went thru ebay for oem parts and had a body shop paint them. All quotes I received stated that plastic won't be a perfect match to the body color. I also noticed like you, that from the factory they don't perfectly match anyway. It came out great though.

Personally for white, I would take a chance on the ebay one. I think it should match, don't know about it's durability though.

I'd be using this as an excuse to get an aftermarket bumper. Just cleaning off my 2020 superwhite CM this weekend and there is a crap ton of scratches and chips on the bumper. They don't hold up too well.
