Looking at a 2013 Tundra 4x4—pretty pristine when I got under the vehicle and under the hood.
Owner has been meticulous with maintenance. Car comes with winter and summer tires. Owner wants 12.5K and vehicle has 8.5K lien.

That said, vehicle has 200K miles, current owner is 4th owner (there is a gap in maintenance records from third owner—at least 60K mileage, and there was some kind of rear collision with 1st owner, no apparent structural damage.

    Is this vehicle worth 21k?

    I would never pay that for a 200k '13.

Pass,,,,,, to many owners, to much has passed thru the truck if that makes any sense. :)

I would not buy that truck

    okay, update:

I was mistaken about price: 12.5K flat for the 2013--worth it?

$12.5k is only worth it if its worth it to you in YOUR market. So, it could be worth it...
This forum really doesn't know and we would just be guessing.

Look over comparables, maintenance history, check the underside for leaks and rust. If the truck doesn't make undue weird noises, previous owner isn't a lame-o, interior is decent, have any glaring deficits or deferred mechanicals, and you can sleep at night after the buy make your best informed decision.

THEN we can tell you how to spend your money on upgrades after you post pics of whatever rig you buy:):)

I spent 21,000 on a 2012 4x4 double cab. 60,000 miles just s little over 5 years ago. 11-12k is what it worth now. But with 200k I would ask for $9-$10k range. Especially with a rear collision past history.

If it spent any time in Ohio, that would be a hard pass for me. I didn't see your location.

Maybe a tad high. But comparables in your neck of the woods probably do run higher in price due to your location.
