I thought it could be limited PVM package but that’s not available in any off-road package and the off-roads I have seen have the digital mirror.
    It’s a mystery!!!

that’s a pretty solid set up! What color?

it’s a dark grey limited. I’ve never seen a digital review mirror. Not sure I like it but it’s cool

It takes some getting used to, but I’m a fan.
I have same options as your build without PVM package, and with TRD off-road in wind chill with black interior. Whenever it shows up.

Don't mean to revive an old thread but seeing as this mirror might not come with the TRD Pro if it has the camera needed for this do you all think a simple swap/plug in play would work? Not that these will be readily available any time soon but just wondering if you all think this may be possible?

There’s a spot next to the bed camera at the back of the cab where an additional camera would got that serves as the rear view camera (I believe). I think in order to get this to work, you’d need to get the extra camera (maybe that whole unit), you’d also need the mirror unit and I’m not sure if you’d need some extra coding in the vehicle to enable the functionality. I suspect it’s all CAN based so maybe it’d just plug and play?

I have a plan to try to do some of this stuff a bit later when parts are available. Digital rear view camera, fancy front and rear lights, limited power package (or at least wireless charging). Some people seem to make fun of the idea that anyone would want to do that but I didn’t have the option to get that stuff when I needed the truck and I believe most of it’s plug and play.

Thanks for the insight, I will probably go that route as well, I kind of just think the software will pick it up as you said. But only time will tell.

Part number at Toyota for the Toyota Tundra 2025 and maybe a couple years prior. I believe the same part number also works on the 2025 Tacoma for the digital rear view mirror and camera. Just happened to be at the dealership today and asked.

    Mirror- 87810AN010

You are Correct. It’s a second camera near the 3rd brake light and obviously the digital display mirror. In ‘23 it was an option on my Limited. It was part of the aux power/lighting pkg (bed power and lights) I have the PVM pkg and thought it was in there and it was not. Platinum trim and above had the mirror/camera standard.

I got it on my 2024 Platinum. Have not find a use for it yet. But it is neat. Like heated and cooled seats better.

Wanted the digi rear view for my wife to give her a wider view angle to the rear free of blind spots. Yes, we love the seats too!

I just got my truck 3 weeks ago. It has the digital rear view mirror, and I’m really liking it. This is the first vehicle I have owned with it.

Oh well, the mirror would have been nice but I don’t need any trailer backing assistance and I wanted the remote control of my headlights vs auto.

    I don't think it's that great,the depth clarity/perception isn't really that great,maybe in a few more years it'll be better.
I think it only comes in handy is when you have people in the back seats and the digi bypasses the back seat but that's about i, and I have only used it just to try it out.
It's just a novelty far as I'm concerned.

Agreed. If you don’t have the digital rear view mirror, you aren’t missing much. Like you, I turned mine on once and decided it was a feature I will never use.

As others have stated.. I don’t use mine much either. I typically just use the regular mirror, and the auto-dimming makes it really nice for nighttime use. On dark country roads or freeway driving you can switch it on and crank up the contrast, it’ll show more than the regular mirror does. But if any headlights are behind they will definitely glare quite a bit. Very overcast or sunrise/sunset is about the only time I’ll occasionally use.
