Autel MX will work, no problems. They had to rename the sensors the same as my OEM sensors and they connected just fine.

They used an Autel handheld to code them. Only took a few minutes. They work great.

    **UPDATE**

I was able to get them to work. The shop I took them too were registering them using the "alloy wheels" setting. When they tried registering them using the "steel wheels" setting it worked. I took them one of my factory wheels just so they could check how those were registered. I'm all good now. Learned more than I wanted to about the Toyota TPMS system. LOL.

Does anyone know how I might can resolve this issue? I’ve had new tires and wheels on my truck for a couple weeks now. I check the tire pressure periodically and my tpms light has been on here and there since I got them but it eventually goes off. Today it was on but I went for a pretty good drive and it went off and hasn’t come back on all day. But I have been monitoring my air pressure and I’ve noticed that the pressure or temperature doesn’t change and it usually does .. especially on a much warmer day on a longer drive … so I’m not sure if it never worked with these new wheels and tires or if it stopped working but it’s definitely stuck on these current readings … as you can see I have an aftermarket entertainment system as well. My old aftermarket tires and wheels worked fine …. My old set up was 285/55 r 20 and my new set up is 275/70 r 18…. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be… I should also mention that when I switched to an 18 inch wheel a few weeks ago I had 275/65 18s on there for a bit but decided to go a little bigger in tires I don’t recall the light coming on when those were on there for a week.. did the tire shop maybe not do something when they swapped them for the bigger tires?

    Alot of them
Since they are original OEM sensors, they are due replacement as the battery life is around 10 years at most. I would get new sensors and start from there.

I had no idea they ran off batteries but seems like it would be far fetched for them just so happen to stop working after getting new tires because of batteries?? Figured it’s more likely maybe something to do with that?
