Bouncing off another thread with exact same issues - replaced starter - started 5-6 times that night was able to move it next day same loud click, next day cleared codes and it started once, today - replaced crankshaft sensor (new code) still won’t start!

Do you have to keep the charger on it all the time? It looks like you have one attached in the picture. Does it crank but not start or does it just make the loud click noise and not turn over? Could be battery or a fuel issue or a bad starter, it happens. Have you reset the ECU? Need more information.

I assume you did this already, but if not, check your battery cables/connections from terminal to starter and from ground terminal to its termination point for corrosion; sometimes that crap is hidden in the cable and not exposed or the connections can be loose...

Another question is regarding the new starter... just confirming you replaced the starter and the solenoid with another comparable/quality unit??

Next up I'd check your relays and make sure you don't have one that's a bit loose and wiggling around on you.

Finally, without more info, the only other 'obvious' thing to double check is the battery... Sometimes you'll get an acceptable reading (volts), but still have an issue w/it.

I would put the Toyota Crank Sensor back in it first of all. I have seen that code come up several times as a false code. The aftermarket crank sensors are junk and will cause more headaches.

Start simple. Battery charged, cables clean, terminals good and tight.

When it only clicks and wont turn over check the voltage of the battery. If its still good you know you have a wiring issues somewhere

Adding to Jeff_5_7 input, voltage drop during cranking can generate lots or errors as modules go offline. If it was running fine before the starting issue, I would not suspect crank sensor.
