I lost my floor heat few months back. All other settings work fine but ZERO air to the floor in front ,yet tons of air blowing to rear under front seats.Dash ,defrost all work perfect.Guessing a blend door is broke or ? You can hear and see all the gears go thru their paces but on full floor it sounds like its blocked or something. It was a cold winter with no floor heat.Any ideas or has anyone else had same issue ? 2017 Crewmax SR5. Thanks

Do you have Techstream? With Techstream there is utility that you can resync the doors and actuate them as well.

Do you have a habit of throwing stuff on top of the dash? Sometimes objects will fall through the defrost and black a door. Little kids love to stuff items down the defrost vents.

Techstream would help diagnose the issue. If you’re confident that nothing has fallen down it’s the heater box and jammed the door then it’s most likely an actuator motor.

The dash will likely have to come out.

No way im paying the dealer a small fortune to tear the dash out. Just make for more squeaks and rattles ,scratches etc.

Well if you can’t do it yourself then you’re living with no heat to the floor.
