Will I Regret This Upgrade?

My 2021 Limited has the TRD Pro Fox suspension with stock 20" wheels. I've read from multiple posts that 295/70R18 tires will fit the TRD Pro without rubbing (may require removing front mud flaps) so I'm considering 295/60R20 tires for my setup as they are just slightly smaller in total diameter. Unfortunately, I can only find e-rated tires in that size.

First, have any Limited owners run that size of tire with success?

Second, will I regret moving to an e-rated tire as far as ride quality goes? My truck only sees pavement and does no towing so e-rated tires obviously aren't needed. I just want to fill up those wheel wells and have a wider tire.

 

Yes, those tires will fit and yes ride quality will diminish with an E-Rated tire.

Toyo makes a 285/60/R20 in an SL rating which is slightly narrower, but lighter and cheaper than the E-Rated 295/60/R20 equivalent

 

Here's my '21 CM Limited Nightshade with 285/65-18 with the Eibach Pro Truck 2R suspension (2" front lift) which should be more/less similar to the height you have with the TRD setup. I had to remove the front flaps due to rubbing.
