I say spend the extra money and buy a 2.5 gen. The parts won’t be discontinued for a long time (10-15 years) and it’s more in line with what you expect to pay for a newer vehicle.

I have a second gen lol 2016 4x4 double cab currently with 77k miles one owner before me a fire fighter captain who used it as his camping rig SoCal truck so rust free it’s a great truck and hopefully I’ll keep it for a very long time if not forever but I still lust for a first gen lol

Is the body line on the 2.5 gen just squirrely like this, or is there something else going on? Or maybe it's just camera lens warp? Or reflecton optic skew?
