Toyota Tundra 2014 stuck sun roof

I am new here and believe I will be back many times – I helped my son buy a Toyota Tundra – 2014 Platinum with only 100,000 miles on the clock! What a beast! Amazing truck. We were aware of one issue whereby the sunroof was stuck in the tilt position and non functional which was actually what brought me to this wonderful forum. What a wealth of knowledge. Needless to say the problem has gone away and everything is fully functional. I should add that we followed the instructions, removed the motor, and disassembled the required components – not difficult. Cleaned them all up (Ohh I love my Drimel) Then reassembled it all and the entire mechanism worked flawlessly. Total cost ZERO total time 30-45 minutes. I should also add that there is an omission in the “posted fix” which is not to say "remove the screws" leading someone to think they are flat head or Phillips. They are NOT they are Torx screws so be aware or you will fall at the first fence. Anyway sincere thanks to the forum – great site.
