I have my truck apart in the garage and had printed out the bull bar cut template a couple of weeks ago and just realized it did not print correctly to scale. The file is BBP098 but it is no longer on their website anywhere that I can find. Does anyone happen to have this file downloaded that they can send me?

Just reach out to them? They’re super helpful and quick to respond. Speaking on my own experience having purchased two bumpers from there before.

Oh I getcha! Buy some morning beers for the helpers haha but honestly I think you’re the first member I’ve seen with that bumper setup.

Very interested in your thoughts on the bumper once on.... i had their simialr bumper on my 200 series LC and it was really well built and the finish on the powdercoat was ARB level.... I wonder if it would be possible to cut out and grind flush that middle tube the lights are on - it take away from the form factor IMHO....

The bumper is placed but not really mounted here, just trying to approximate the trimming I did. My cut template was about 10% off due to page scaling when I printed it but Ironman was useless. They said they are open on Saturday and they never emailed back and when you call them and hit ZERO for their showroom on saturdays it just hangs up. They also don’t have instructions in the video for the TSS spacing when you mount that and their unit should really include a front camera extension. They provide parking sensor extensions.

Overall I like how it looks, just wish there was some sort of documentation other than the video.

Placed not mounted yet, as the bumper is leaning forward:

When you can connect with Ironman, they are helpful. But man its hard to get assistance. It took me weeks before someone finally started responding to me.

    Your bumper looks good
