Parking Brake System Malfunction.

I have had this error on the radio screen for some time. I have had the vehicle serviced twice and they have not picked up on it. I had them look at it today and was told that they had to do a ticket on it, because it does not throw a code and is not on the dash screen. Anyone else have this problem?

Not sure if related, but I was told I needed new rear brake pads. I just hit 21,000 miles this week.

 

Drop that thing off at the dealership and forgot about it.
