So I put front spacers, rear spacers, rear 2-4 " lift shocks, 35x12.5x20s, 1.5" wheel spacers. About 2000 miles in and so far I've got a discusting squeak, broken front endlink, dislocated driver side axle( had to cut it out with sawzall on road side), another broken endlink. Done minimal offroad. Like in and out of my fishing spot. Not even semi extreme. What the hell is wrong with my truck/me?

I've since purchased upper control arms extended coilovers and another set of end links. But the motherfucker drives straight as an arrow. Anybody with similar experience

Truck will drive straight with or without the sway bar bc that’s all in your alignment. Did any of those mods include sway bar drop spacers? I was running a spacer lift previously but just got a set of kings and they came with sway bar drop spacers (for a 2” lift in the front, it came with spacers that were about 3/4”-1” in thickness). Alternatively, maybe the trd lift kit has longer sway bar end links you could use instead? Ive been looking for aftermarket end links for the front but haven’t found anything yet, just rears. I’m guessing between the spacer lift in the front and the wheel spacers, that’s a lot of stress on those tiny sway bar links. I don’t think it’s JUST one of those things, but rather both of them working together to make some poor turning geometry that places a lot of stress on the sway bar end links through turns. Lastly, about the axles, the black axles do not have great geometry for lifts - pretty much all of the suspension lifts recommend the red or silver axles since they have better articulation. If swapping axles isn’t an option, you could do a diff drop to ease the binding.

I was trying to stay away from the sway bar drop. I made my own end links because the factory ones are shit. One end is looks Arc welded and the other one is friction welded and just popped right loose. But what I've learned is a longer end link that's not fix the problem because the tie rod ends don't have clearance then and the top pivoting joint on the end link contacts the edge of the lower shock mount. Anyway it's looking like an all-nighter right now I'm putting new lift coilovers upper control arms and no extended travel CV axles. After I get all that done I'll see if my extended sway bar end links will work and update
