I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but I have a 2024 Platinum edition with my iPhone connected wirelessly via Bluetooth. When I receive an incoming call, the overhead mic will work perfectly for the first minute or two, then immediately stop functioning. The person on the other line will think I'm no longer there and hang up. Carplay calls have been doing this for as long as I've had the vehicle. Has anyone else experienced this?

No such problem with mine. I’ve been very pleased with wireless CarPlay so far, except the radio won’t automatically mute for hands free texting.

Yes! I have a 2023 I've had since June of that year and had the exact same issue from day one. I've since upgraded my Iphone and still having the same issue. It's random and not something I'm able to recreate for the dealership. They are stumped as well. Did you ever get this resolved?

Took it to dealership. They checked for updates etc., some other diagnostics on the microphones etc. Ultimately rebooted the system. It works! That was more than two weeks ago, has been working great ever since. I believe a reboot is done by simply (with vehicle off and powered down) disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a few minutes and reconnecting. Wipes out all your personal settings, so it requires pairing devices again and other presets but worth it.
