    Another dumb question, but how do I set up a profile for my Tundra?

    It seems that I’m in guest mode but I have no option to log out of it or create a new one.

    Every time I hit “Get Started” it brings a prompt saying “Data Services Disabled”

    I already tried doing a factory reset and it didn’t work.

    Did you buy the truck new or used? I suspect it was used; if new, things should have been set up at the dealer when taking delivery. There is a thread from 2022 here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/stuck-data-services-disabled.112389/ . You may have to call Toyota to have the Master Data Consent enabled and allow the truck to properly 'communicate' with the app. Hope this helps.

    I suspected this, I bought it preowned.

    Do you know if this is something that can be done over the phone or I need to go to the dealer?

    You should be able to do it over the phone. Also have heard folks pressing the SOS button in a cabin and connecting with customer service that way. For the record: I have NOT personally tried any of those methods.
