Yes, I'm in the engine recall
    But saving it for later

    Oil history
12 total changes using toyota oil & filter 0w-20
    I drive about 10k every 3 months
So roughly 4 oil changes per year × 3 yrs = 12 oil changes
I never did any early oil changes either (I always did 500 & 1000 miles on all my previous brand new yotas)
    Recently did a blackstone analysis
Came back with clean bill of health

    Brakes
Did the front side at 50k & 100k
I don't turn rotors, I buy new ones
Looks like back ones are ready for replacement soon
Need to swap fluid soon too

    Diffs & t case
At 90k I swapped the fluid in all three
Found some pretty large metal chunks on the rear diff magnet
    Yikes!

    Tires
I install brand new michelin traction ever November before the cold season starts
I go with the cross climate/agilis series
So I had the stock factory rubber for the 1st year
Then in Nov '22 I got traction rubber
& again in Nov '23 & most recently this past Nov '24

    Transmission
Yesterday I got it serviced at the dealer (the only time it's been to the dealer since I purchsed, other than the coil pack at 60k)
Did pan drop, strainer replace, & fluid replace
    Mileage 124,200

    Sparks
    Replaced at 80k
Found 2 of 6 coil packs separated upon removal, replace to be on safe side

    Radiator
Removed & replaced 2 gallons with toyota pink at 100k

    shocks
found one rear shock leaking at 124k
going to replace both back shocks shortly

    Issues
At around 60k one of the coil packs failed
dealer replaced it out of warranty but at no charge to me

There are alot of minor issues
That you all are aware of i assume
    (Creaks & squeaks & breaks)
    So won't go there

All in all this is a good truck
    Thanks toyoda!

You skipped the 40K spark change and did it at 80k? Thats what I’m thinking about doing. 40k is a bit ridiculous.

    Yup
I'm going to do it again at 150k
    Totally agree 40k is nuts
You'll be fine waiting for 75-80k

the 40K is just EPA emissions bs, every post Ive seen shows the plugs in real good shape at that point.

Did I read somewhere that a dealership can deny certain warranty claims if you don't abide by the 40K spark plug intervals?

Atleast we don't have to replace the whole motor like in Japan
    Lol

Comically I am well outta warranty coverage
So this is a non issue for me
But I would definitely be concerned in this regard if I had lower mileage on the odo
