Can confirm, 2025 tundra Rally and it sounds like an owl every time I come out in the morning. It does go away. Mine has 1000kms so I figured it was normal. Would he curious what people find out from dealers

Interesting, I do not have that noise but am getting my new engine late this month. I am going to see if the new one has it

What the heck. That is the oddest noise I’ve heard from a motor or engine compartment. Sounds like a recording. Very curious what that is.

We had an Explorer Sport and also an Explorer ST that both had the same "hoot" when first started in cold weather. Once engine was up to temp the owl was silent.

Somewhat "glad" to hear I'm not the only one getting this noise. The dealership I've been using likes to throw out 'that's normal for this truck' line a bit to quickly. I'll take it in and show them the video, hopefully they can shed some more light on it.

    none....yet!
My 25 does it when it is cold out, like below 30ish. Sounds like a Lionel steam train whistle.Stopped doing it when weather warmed up this week. No check engine light. Really weird though for sure. The truck that truely makes me feel like a kid again, toy train whistles and all.

Thank you robjs for posting this! Sounds like the mystery is solved. Mine hasn't done it since we hd a warmup, but i'm going to mention it on my next service visit. Thanks again!
