new wngine replaced last week after i had 55 000 miles on the original. all was great with the first engine. now while i was at the dealership yesterday i ask for a salesman to give me a price on trade in on the 2025. the price was so low that i thought i would pass out. salesman said to many miles 50,000. but it has a new engine and it was replaced here at this dealership, he stated that it doesnt matt if engine is new or not, when trading its what the odometer says. so you people need to remember, doesnt matter how few miles you have on the new engine, but whats on the odometer.

Total B.S. of course the dealer will say that, then they'll advertise at a premium with brand new factory engine!

This recall is great for those in it for the long haul, crappy for those who get new trucks every 2-3 years. Also good for the used market if you’re buying.
