Can we get a pinned thread or something on how to fix wheel well rubbing? Installed a set of 34s today and had rubbing on the front side and back side of the front wheel wells. Remove all four mud flaps (again, from the front wheel wells) and it helped a lot. But I'm still having rubbing on the front edge, behind the bumper.

Over the years, I've anecdotally read about people bending, shaping, and cutting the plastic in this area and also installing shims to push the bumper further out (last resort for me probably). But now that it's time for me to actually do some of this, I'm having trouble finding a good guide about how to do it. Can we get a pinned thread or tech guide of sorts about the different methods and how to do them? Thanks.

Yes, you need bumper shims, will take care of your issue.

There are certainly posts detailing such things here already. There is a thread about fitting 35s that goes thru all the usual things, including BMC.

Removal of mud flaps is super easy, not sure I guide is needed for that. YT has vids as well.

For the bumper spacer, there are also some threads but let me assist you as I just did it.
If your truck has a skid plate, there are 3 fasteners that attach the bottom bumper plastic to the skid. Remove all of those. You can then bend that plastic so it is easier to get a wrench on the bumper bolts.
Loosen all bumper bolts on each side, leaving 1 bolt just barely attached on one side. All other bolts are removed.
This allows you to work on one side, so you dont have to fully remove the bumper. Now you can pull the bumper out enough to slide in the shims on that side.
Loosely attach the bolts to the side you just shimmed. Just enough to grab some threads so that side of the bumper does not pull out.

Move to other side, remove that last bolt, pull out on bumper and install shims. Reinstall and tighten bolts on each side. Reattach the 3 fasteners at skid and bottom of bumper plastics. That area is pulled a bit now since the shims are in, but those fasteners will go back in and work fine.

You dont need to remove the bumper with this method I describe, instead you can just to each side. Doable solo, but it is helpful to have another set of hands to pull the bumper out as you are under the truck inserting the shims and it makes things quick and easy.

Oh I know there are, just can't find the good ones. Do you have a link to said thread? Perhaps it should be stickied.

This has bumper shim install. Again, you dont need to take the bumper off, just loosen and do one side at a time....per my earlier post
