My 2019 is rabidly approaching 200k miles, everything seems fine. I was watching "All Girl Garage" and they had a 2.5 tundra with 200K on the lift, they were rebuilding the transmission valve body to ensure the transmission will last another 200k. They showed how the channels needed cleaned out from build up. My question is, instead of worrying if someone is having a bad day at work rebulding my valve body, can I order a new one ?

    Thanks for reading...

Yes you can buy a new valve body, it’s about $1000; but my valve body at 260k was very clean, only about one plunger had a little metal removed from it. Pics below

If it ain’t broke, DONT FIX IT.

When you start taking things apart, other things break, Especially at mileage like you’re describing. Often times the bolts that hold the transmission pan on with break in the transmission. That’s not a problem you want to pay to have remedied as a “preventative maintinence issue”. That’s just one possible scenario and make no mistake about it, it can get more expensive from there.

I wouldn't worry about it. Change the trans fluid.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
Just do a drain/fill every 3-5 or so motor oil changes and aim to keep temps under 200 (pan & TC) by using an external cooler with a fan.
