I installed a Rough Country lift kit part number 870 to raise my front end on my 21 Tundra to level out the rake. All was fine. However, recently after I installed air bags on the rear for towing, I have noticed my front end makes a snapping noise that never occurred before. Nothings feels bad or off but I am wondering why the noise. Air bags are at about 25 psi which makes the truck a little higher in the rear (almost perfect). Should I be concerned?

If the rear came up high enough, your truck may need carrier bearing spacers.

I would also triple check all the nuts and bolts of your RC kit as well as your skid plate and LCAs.

Check torque on what was touched when you lifted front. I assume it was a spacer lift/level? Clunks or snap noises in suspension are not normal. Spacer lifts mess with the geometry so something is amiss, either a bind, rub or some bolt/fasener is not torqued.

Since you lifted rear w bags, if you have any vibration at take off, you need a carrier bearing drop.

No issues and the snapping noise is not always there.

ok, yet snaps are not normal- ever. Doubt it is related to the rear airbags, just coincidental.
I would check any fasteners you touched installing front end lift to ensure they are torqued. And the torque should be done with truck weight on ground, not on jacks.

Other possibilities for snapping sounds in front end:
    Ball joints
    control arm bushings
    sway bar links
    Strut/coilover mount
    CV joint
    tie rod
