It was the ProXS, its really crazy how quiet it is. Notice the exhaustaddicts first link has both a Borla Proxs and a magnaflow side by side with dB meters and the ProXS is more than 10 decibels quieter. There are plenty of in-cab videos and its not much louder than stock until you step on it. Wrapping on it though its only 89-90 decibels for the single in dual out setup. You can get that muffler in all sorts of configurations. Listen to how throaty, but quiet they are at idle versus the magnaflow at idle. Totally different.

They have another one called the touring, you can hear it on this one here

Also they make a Touring with a true dual setup, dual in, dual out muffler with an H pipe inside the muffler. Its made for the newer tundra but maybe if you were into tinkering you could buy just the muffler and put it on your system

Dirt Deeds injectors, Addco rear sway, AEM dry flow air filter, last ever set of Stan's Try-Y headers, Borla full custom exhaust, front level, wheel spacers, and lots of electronics.
Here's what my setup sounds like under full load. You really don't hear the exhaust while cruising around town. Only when you step on the throttle.

Edit: Exhaust setup in video is tri-Y headers, dual 2.5" Magnaflow cats, custom Y pipe, and 2.5 single exit Borla ProXS muffer, and Borla resonator.

Edit 2: the Borla muffler and resonator part numbers referenced for this setup are true straight through flow. No baffles or chambers = no restriction.

more than I can list here
Having no tailpipe loses low end torque compared to having a full tailpipe.
