The purpose for this post is to hopefully help someone who is experiencing similar issues that I was having.

Symptoms: Over heating at slow speeds, stopped, idle. Coolant reservoir filled to the brim. Normal conditions at highway speeds.

The fix for this was a new fan clutch. Mine looked, felt, and seemed to function normally. However, I did notice that it didnt make as much noise or "roar" like it used to. After replacing this part the issues went away and I noticed the fan was moving more air. Remove the 4 visible nuts on the pulley, remove the fan shroud, swap the fan blade over and reinstall.
