Okay I got the lights put on. First to get it out of the way. You know how I mentioned it was HF? well I got 2 different lights. Yes in reality its my fault for not looking at the boxes I know! Grabbed them from the same line on the shelf and figured they would be the same. I have 1 spot and 1 flood/spot combo. I'll also straighten the flood light out, its tilted slightly. To be honest I am not upset, I think this might be a good set up for what I am doing. Give me good long distance view, and visibility to cars when I'm up by the road clearing entrances. I am going to keep them and try it out tonight and go from there. Notes from installation:

    1) the brackets are set up for a vertical mount, I have mounted them horizontally. That makes it so I cannot use one of the side mount screws that goes into the light for positioning. That said, the mounts are very sturdy, as are the screws (blue loctite comes on them) and I don't think its going to make a difference for what I am doing. If you are going fast, hitting bumps hard etc... you may want to keep that in mind as you think about mounting positions.

    2) The wires and quality of everything seems to be top notch from what I can see. I've bought rigid and baja lights before, they are great and I think honestly the pieces visible here match up pretty damn close.

    3) even in the daytime, with the sun out, the spot light blinded the hell out of me.

    4) I really like the side lighting on them, I think that is why only 1 having the flood portion won't matter, they basically are flood lights no matter what.

    I'll post output photos tonight.

So I "accidentally" bought a 12,000 warn winch. Tundra is stock SR5, will I need to modify suspension to carry that weight or can I just worry about the winch? Might do a level kit so might as well cover that now too, if its important.

They're actually really easy to install if you know the basics and watch a few videos. I did mess up the wiring on the passenger side but it was an easy fix to correct. I spliced the passenger side wiring backwards but I was able to go back in there and correct it.

I am impressed with these, Harbor Freight did a great job. The left side of the tractor has the combo flood/spot and the right side is the spot. You can see the combo light does a better distribution in both width and length. I will be getting another one and swapping out the spot, or using the spot on another piece of equipment. The side shots were taken to show people using them as ditch lights, I think the spread is great. It even lit up behind the tractor as one photo shows.

Feedback and impressions added to my OTT or not thread so it's easily searchable down the road for future consideration of others.

Overall very satisfied with my decision and Matt's work.

Nope I’ll keep the one out of the truck. I’ll technically have two spares unless mdl buys the other unit.

I'm presuming those don't work on button-start models. Maybe I'm wrong?

Unsure, I'm keyed... I don't see anything on their website distinguishing between keyed and push button start.

These UCAs got a refresh today. I’ve been running them without the caps, so moisture doesn’t get trapped inside. I’ve noticed a little corrosion and rust happening inside. I’m in the California desert, and there shouldn’t be rust anywhere. 2K clear for maximum protection.
Also an update on the Por15 brake caliper paint. It looks fantastic still, super easy and relatively inexpensive mod. It was done mid March of last year.
