2001 Tundra Access cab 4.7

I have a 2001 Tundra with a 4.7 I'm having issues with fuel I'm not getting any fuel to the motor or any fuel to the fuel pump I do have power going past the relay heading back to the fuel pump but with my key in the on position my throttle position motor is humming why would that be
