I am using this as evidence to my wife that I don't just mess around posting on Tundras, but I am using this for advertising and marketing time :p.

Shawn has a built full size ram too. He takes it on some crazy trails as well- but it’s all a game of give and take.

There is no perfect rig- you gotta weight your options and decide on whats a priority and whats not. Payload? Towing? Cab space? Power? Bed size? Performance? Length? Width? Depends on how you use the truck.

I have had the luxury of trying a LOT of rigs over the past 5-6 years (thanks to the crazy car market) and I can say with confidence you have a lot of great choices despite what the internet and sea of click bait youtubers have to say.

Bonus pics of the tundra and the power wagon both hitting trails.

    Success then!

I had visited your site a few years ago, and was impressed. Just had too many other stuff going on to order the plates. Now, I am glad I didn't because I sold the truck :).

Love the pics! And I do agree. I do not make decisions based on Youtubers. I look at, precisely what you are saying. What do I need. There are a lot of choices out there. However, the prevaling thought is to spend $1k's of dollars to set up the rig, and I watched someone else who makes a good argument against that.

I guess it serves its purpose when needed, but I like the simple approach.

Yeah, it's always easy to forget how well the 2nd gen Tundra turns.
