lack of power steering when parking

    2003 long bed v6 base model
    for a few yrs i have been experiencing a lack of power steering boost while parking . very low miles only 78k so nothing is worn out that i can see. i have changed the fluid with no improvement .

    Check vacuum hoses for power steering air control valve. One is either loose or the valve failed. There’s a super easy test for this. It is covered extensively at this forum.
