    My 24-month-old battery is at the Interstate store for testing, dropped it off Monday.
    It has a 30-month replacement (no prorated) warranty and a 60-month prorated.

    I thought I was going to just have to buy a new one since I can't lift the battery out of the truck to take it up there with that shoulder stuff.
    They had a 24F loaner for me to use..:thumbsup:

    It was dropping .4 volts overnight every day I didn't start it.
    It didn't matter if it was hooked up or not, it was losing voltage.:eek2:

    I've got solar one that sits on the dash and plugs into the cigarette lighter. Might work good for you so you don't have to run a cord out to the truck

    Just got my “health brief” from the company nurse in preparation for my trip to Ethiopia.

    I have pdf’s on malaria, yellow fever, meningitis, typhoid fever, travelers diarrhea and two separate “safety” files.

    The local office “welcome” sheet (14 pages) talks more about security, how they keep time different from everyone else and stuff like if you go out of the hotel leave everything valuable in your room cuz you won’t be returning with it. Oh, and taking pictures with bridges, dams, govt buildings and police/military personnel is against the law.

    Awesome. There will be zero tourist stops on this trip.

    I had a freaking fun day today. Even though I've had no pain, I knew I needed some dental work, have been told some bone loss needing deep cleaning and maybe other shit, but honestly have been dealing with more pressing shit. So I finally went to the periodontist today and I guess I'm in for a fun time. Go in next Friday for oral surgery, one tooth being yanked, bone graft, and some pig stem cells. 6-8 weeks to fully recover and $5,250 after insurance (kicking myself in the ass for not taking the high option for dental last open enrollment).
