Music forward and reverse buttons on steering wheel are buggy

    The music forward and reverse buttons on the steering wheels seem to be buggy with my radio presets in my 2021. Sometimes forward goes backwards and backwards goes forward. Volume up and down is consistently working fine. Anyone else experience it?

    once. one time a few months back I had an issue with the volume buttons working oppositely during a drive. I have not had the issue since though.

    First guess is the clockspring going bad. The buttons just activate different resistors. Therefore, the cable going bad will add resistance and create this kind of problem.
