Excellent! Thank you for that. I was curious how it would look! :bananadance:

Interesting. If you run sealed (skip the chimney port), I wonder if the paneling behind seats can be put back on

Im thinking the same thing. I am planning on running sealed box. I ordered shallow mount Audio Controls 10s for this.

Just know that this box does tilt up the seat bottom a bit in order to get clearance for the subs.

That should be ok for passengers right?

IDK, guess it depends on your passengers. Its only 3/4"...not much but maybe a bigger passenger would feel it more than a kid.

ok. Doesn't sound bad for that of a difference. Only big concern is in the past I had problems with aftermarket subs and dealing with Active Noise Cancellation crap. I hope I don't run into that issue. Its a pain to chase after!

I turned off ANC via carista. No issues on these trucks with JBL...even less for non-JBL trucks. I went with a Rockville sealed dual 10 box. My Hertz subs dont touch the seat bottom, no need to raise it

Okay cool. I'll check that out. So I did the jump and purchased the fox acoustic box, with audio control amp, audio control micro epicenter line converter and audio shallow mount 10s. I've always been a bass head. The JBL mids and highs are pretty good since I installed the Sonicbeat mini amp. Definitely woke them up.

Similar setup as mine. I also went with AC products other than subs. Epic 1500 amp, epicenter and lc2i pro.

For your LC2, where did you tap into for your signal? Did you use the JBL sub wires or door speakers? I'm just trying to understand where I should get my signal from.

Used the TakoTunes harness. They tap into rear door and sub signal to sum them, gives you a wider range and you can just set your xover accordingly. Their harness taps into the amp under the driver seat. That's where my lc2ip is at as well.
