    Hey,
I have a 2021 CrewMax TRD Sport. I am researching boards online and I believe I want to stick with the OEM part number PT925-34183. This is the Classic running board.

The problem is one dealer told me the part number above is correct. One dealer said that part number is for the Double Cab. Another dealer said I need PT925-34181. Still another dealer said PT925-34181 is not even a Toyota part number.

Does anyone have the definite answer? If it matters, my truck is a 4WD with V8.

    Thanks.

Looks like the crewmax version should be PT92534181 (no hyphen in the part #), but if you provide a VIN w/your order the dealer should be able to verify fitment prior to filling the order. This puts the 'fitment' burden on them. I did my search on Fred Anderson, and w/discounts now it looks like they'd be about $335 w/all current discounts...

Not sure if you're close to one of the discount dealers such as Fred Anderson, World Toyota, Lewis Toyota, etc, but if not you may want to try and have your local dealer match their sale price.

    Good luck!!!

PS>>> Just FYI, you posted this is in the 'Pro' thread, so you probably won't get a lot of folks responding in here. In the future try to post in 2.5 Gen Tundras (2014-2021) and you should get a much better response

I got these on my 21 CM. I don't like them. They came with the Night Shade edition package. I'm pulling them soon.

    Are you near Michigan?

    Make you killer deal.

Thanks. I appreciate the info and tip on posting. I did order the running boards and went with the part number ending in 4183 since most of the info. I could find and get from the dealers said 4183 was the correct number. Local dealers (within 40-50 miles) would not match price. Highest price was about 718.00 plus tax. Lowest, and the one I went with was 59 miles away. I ordered online and had part shipped to the dealer for pick up. Price was 375.32. Even though I put my VIN # in on the Toyota online store, it would not let me make the purchase without agreeing that I was responsible for part fittment.

I'll find out soon and keep you all posted.

Hey Coditten, I am in Alabama, so not very close. I would probably take you up on it if we were closer. I like the look of your steps.

    Hey OP,
Did these end up working out for you? I have a 2021 Crewmax and was finding the same issue. Others say it's for DBL cab, others say it's for CrewMax.

I have RCI rocksliders on my TRD Pro. They protect the entire under body of the vehicle and are a great step.
