Got the sway bar connected to the lower control arm, flipped up the brackets to install on the frame and I hit a wall. Was able to bolt up 3/4 bolts. The last 4th bolt ended up snapping on me. Not sure how I muscled it enough to snap, perhaps I shouldn’t have used an impact. Well not only do I have that snapped bolt issue, but now the passenger side bolts do not want to thread and I’m afraid I’m going to snap more bolts. Could I have damaged the threads, could that be why they won’t thead? I had them threaded but backed them out to deal with the snapped bolt. Probably have to go to my local 4x4 shop to see what they can do for me but I’m open to suggestions. Thanks.

Sounds like you cross threaded them. Theyre fine thread and are so easy to mess up with power tools. They should have the right tap/thread chaser to clean it up and get you back on the road. Next time, thread them in by hand a few turns and then hit it with the ugga duggas

Thanks do you mean the bolts right? Should I just order 4 new ones from my local dealer? I think they are less than $2 a piece.
Any thoughts on the snapped bolt? I can’t even get the bolt to drop out lol.
