Dome lights are gone

So I recently replaced my starter with an OEM one and everything went well on that end. However, while I was testing fuses and relays when diagnosing, all my ceiling lights went out for no reason!!! all fuses are in working order and the light bulbs have been tested and they are working, yet, there is no power whatsoever in any of the ceiling light fixtures as well as in the rear doors. Oddly enough, the front doors have lights working and the radio and everything else works just fine in the instrument panel, ac controls and radio with the exception of the clock which is resetting every time I turn the truck on.
