    Welcome to the forum.
    They should come on when you unlock the doors with the key fob.
    Possibly when the door is opened.

    Pull one and test the leads with a DMM and see if you're getting power.
    If you're getting power but no light, I'd try replacing them with VLEDs.

    FACTORY REPLACEMENT TOYOTA TUNDRA SEQUOIA LED PUDDLE LIGHTS

    You could also test the mirror plug wiring behind the door sail.
    You might have to remove the door panel to do it.
    Pin 6 hot, Pin 5 ground
