Bilstien 5100 Help 07 Tundra 4x4

I just purchased assembled Bilstein 5100 Front shocks with Eibach Springs (

$148 24-232173 Single 5100 Series Ride Height Adjustable Front Monotube Shock fits 2007 2021 Tundra 4WD - Provides 0.875-2.3" Front Lift

24-232173) for my 07 Tundra 4.7 V8 4x4. I want to swap the struts out my self to level out the truck. 1st timer changing shocks. Anyone have insight on if should lower the Bilstein lift to 0.875 or keep it at 1.5?

Any other tips or things to look out for?

 

You can just use a tape measure to measure the old and new height, and go from there.

Nothing in particular hard about swapping out shocks/springs, short of the rusted nut that gets cut off with a hacksaw.

 

ratchet strap, to help the lower strut bolt aligned-will save you tons of time
