    I've owned a 2009 SR5 Double Cab since new, 4.5" BDS lift on 35's.
Just replaced it with this 2025, Platinum, Lunar Rock w/ OE 3" lift.
I've already found tons of great info in here and I'm looking forward to sharing ideas on this message board.

    Another welcome from wmass.

That daily driving experience must be completely different. What's your favorite "new" feature, and what's the one you miss the most from the simpler times!

So many new features that I love, overhead 360 camera view, 14" screen, power "up" tailgate, power bed step, heated steering wheel, ... but the one feature that stands out is one that I didn't even know I wanted... I'm really digging the HUD.

I never realized how often I use to look down to see how fast I'm going (typically beyond the speed limit). Now I do that never.
The HUD actually shows the speed limit for the road you are on so I can dial in the correct amount that I like to exceed it by, never having to ask "I wonder what the speed limit is here?".
Now I almost never need to look down ...unless I'm trying to send a tweet to my baby mama.
It also has the little "eco-meter" so I can tell how much fuel I'm wasting when firmly depressing the throttle.

Least favorite new feature would be the digital rear view mirror. It gives a wide angle which makes everything look smaller and farther away. and it's weird at night. I'm sure there is some adjustability to get it more to my liking but I turned it off and haven't looked back "pun intended".
Honorable mention for least favorite new feature is the twin turbo V6 that get about the exact same crappy mpg as my 5.7L gave. What was the point?
