2018 White Tundra 1794

Hey ya’ll, my 2018 tundra has been having rough start issues since I purchased it back in December. I searched the forums and did the alcohol density reset using the Launch X431 Elite Pro scanner off Amazon, and now the car starts right up! I took a pic of the values after I took the truck for a spin. I thought the fuel trim values should stay at 0% also, but mine are reading 3.9 & 4.6%. Is this normal ? Thanks in advance
