2013 5.7 4WD won’t start

    Just won’t start, won’t try to turnover, just a click at the relay. Battery is new, good(confirmed with load test yesterday. Volts at battery are 12.7, but at relay is 9.3. Relay clicks and can feel magnet moves when key turned to ON. Battery terminals are clean and have checked/cleaned other ground points under hood. Starter?
