See, thats my issue as well. The left one is post Florida outdoor necessities and some during activity stuff. The right one has my compressor and some tools. Under my front drum I have a Husky case with all my tools and less used stuff. Just in case, ha!

Anyway, I think the plan for now will be to do what this truck has done for 123xxx miles... no stiffeners.

My back lighting is on for the instrument panel even with head lights off. This is for the '21 tundra.

Is anybody running the AMP Powersteps on their 2nd or 2.5 gen Tundra? If so, were you able to connect them to "OBDII port via Plug and play module"?
I'm looking at Part# 75137-01A and it shows the following:
    upload_2025-2-11_10-56-51.png

So i'm just wondering what they mean by "newer applications" :monocle:

I'm going to buy them regardless but it would just be ideal to connect to the OBDII rather than hardwire/splice. I'm currently looking around for the best price.

We have a parking lot at our business, and I only keep part of it sanded when we have nothing going on. It's basically 2 inches of ice at this point. Been doing donuts like I was 18 again. Somethings never get old.

Unless AMP changed their kit in the last year, you can’t use the OBD port. It’s a pita to wire, especially tapping into the wires that activate the dome light. They give you connectors that tap/screw into the existing wires. Be careful because one tilted slightly and didn’t make proper contact and took me awhile to figure out what the problem was. Otherwise I love them.

You need to read BST requirements, you currently do not meet the forum requirements to sell. Once you meet requirements, you can create a thread in marketplace.

I have the Amp Powersteps. I installed them myself roughly 2 years ago. I wasn't able to find any "good" deals on them. Everything I found was roughly the same price, if not the exact same price.

I tapped them in to the wires down by your feet as described in their instructions. There was no OBDII plug option. Just tap them into the existing wires down by the feet. I didn't have any problems other than the plugs that come from the battery that plug into each other were a bit testy at first. I wiggled them a little and they finally started working as expected and have not had any problems since.

That's why I was asking where would be a good place to sell them. I tried to post and it said I do not have 50 posts. I referred back to my old post where I replaced the mirrors, showing that I wasn't simply popping in here to sell something.

yea I have a 2017 with the factory remote start so I’m limited on range for that one. Cooler is definitely a good idea as well as the seat covers. I don’t know if I want the full cover or just something like the weathertech one.

Just ordered a kill switch from 41.22 Inc. 2 of my co-workers just got their trucks stolen (one a Chevrolet and the other a new Dodge). Can't wait to install it for another level of security.

Everything in the mirrors is complete.
Need to do some truck side wiring to move the BSM wire, get the EC glass wiring routed, and determine how I want to trigger the puddle lights (leaning towards using a relay that is tied into the negative-switched footwell light)

Can’t say I’m tired of them as much as I’m wanting to explore the reduced footprint of a standard mirror. And I need to work through what all it takes tip be able to help out someone else I know that wants to put a set of platinum mirrors on their SR5.
Yeah - the rear view mirror provides/controls the function. Just have to figure out where the wiring is/isn’t already routed.
